1) Online Booking via Credit / Debit Card
You can purchase tickets via this website for the majority of our shows. Payment can be made securely online via credit or debit card, and tickets will be posted out to you within 21 days.
2) Postal Booking
Our printed fliers have a booking form on the reverse, which you can complete and return to our headquarters, along with a cheque or debit/credit card details. Alternatively, state your requirements in writing, and send it to the address given on our Contacts Us page.
3) Telephone Booking
You can telephone us on 0151 666 1200, and speak to a member of our Ticket Team, or leave a message on our 24hr answering service. Tickets will be posted out to you within 21 days.
4) Theatre Box Office
For the majority of our shows, tickets can also be purchased directly at the theatre’s box office, but may then be subject to a booking fee.
In line with theatre policy, we regret that refunds cannot be given once tickets have been booked.
