Hello Dolly

Dates: 16th May, 2019 - 18th May, 2019
Venue: Liverpool Empire Theatre

Musical comedy at its best. A lavish must-see show, featuring great songs and spectacular dancing.

This much-loved Broadway musical from the pen of Jerry Herman, tells the story of vivacious, meddling widow Dolly Levi, who, having fallen for a dour “well known, unmarried, half a millionaire” sets about secretly arranging a match for herself, whilst along the way ensuring the three relationships in which she is already meddling, also come to a happy conclusion.

A winner of a record 10 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Hello, Dolly! is considered one of the most enduring of hit shows, with a movie version in 1969 starring Barbra Streisand and no fewer than 4 Broadway revivals, most recently starring the sensational Bette Midler, breaking box office records week after week.
