Graeme Henderson played in David Merrick`s original West End Production of 42nd Street and took the role of Leading Juvenile Billy Lawlor opposite Catherine Zeta Jones as Peggy Sawyer. More recently, he was sought to help audition, cast and rechoreograph 42nd Street for the latest National Tour, in which he also starred as Andy Lee, the Dance Director. Surely, there can be no one in the country with greater experience and understanding of this show than Graeme.
Who better, then, to choreograph BOST’s production of the same show, and to push us ever onwards in our aspirations to bring the highest standards of Theatre to the audiences of Merseyside and beyond?
In his younger days, Graeme performed with BOST: as a boy in “Oliver!” and as a dancer in a number of our shows. He returned to us as our choreographer, after having acted and danced his way across the world and back for several years, performing in prestigious theatres and well-known venues.
