Christmas with BOST

Published:

Please join us at one or more of the following concerts to celebrate the Christmas Season. As usual, we will be offering a mixture of music, including traditional and modern, light-hearted and religious, well-known and unfamiliar.

2nd and 3rd December will find us at Birkenhead Town Hall in conjunction with Birkenhead Rotary Club, helping to raise funds for local Charities. This is our traditional Christmas curtain-raiser, where we aim to kick-start your seasonal festivities.
Tickets are only £8 each, and will be available “on the door”.

Following this, we will be singing in two Merseyside Churches specifically to raise funds for Jospice and St. John’s Hospice.

6th December, 7.30pm… St Thomas of Canterbury Church, Great George’s Road, Waterloo. We will be joining nationally-renowned opera singer Rosa Mannion and her other guest artistes. Tickets £10 to include wine & mince pie.

12th December, 7.30pm…St Stephen’s Church, Prenton Lane, Prenton. We offer an evening of Festive cheer to put you into the Christmas spirit, and at the same time raise much-needed funds for St John’s Hospice.

Then our customary Fanfare For Christmas, will take place in its usual venue, Pacific Road Arts Centre, on 15th and 16th December. We will be joined by our friends, Radio Merseyside’s Angela Heslop and the Haydock Band, who will add their own special magic to the festive procedings.

Please note, the Tuesday performance is now sold out, but there are still some seats available on the Monday at £12 each, or £10 concessions. For ticket enquiries, please ring 0151 666 1200.
