FULL CAST for MONTY

Published:

After the successful series of open auditions for ” The Full Monty” (to be staged at the Royal Court Theatre, Liverpool this May) we can announce that a wonderful cast has been chosen.  It is difficult to say whether the members of the auditioning panel or the auditionees enjoyed themselves more!  All I can say is, never before have the sounds of so much hilarity been heard issuing from the audition hall…

Headed by Chris Simmons (remember him as Lumiere?), Dave Robarts (now happily WITH two front teeth!), Tony Prince (of Fagin fame), Linzi Stefanov (our Mary Magdalene) and Mel Isaacs (one of Gaston’s Silly Girls), the principals feature many BOST regulars, two or three BOST faces you haven’t seen for a while and a couple of new-comers.

The Full Monty” rehearsals are already underway and, fresh from “The Sound Of Music” and “Fanfare For Christmas”, the company members are looking forward to an exciting and completely different season.  Talk about variety within musical theatre!
